There are loads of benefits for both you and your pet.
Less stress for your animal moving to an unfamiliar environment, often with other unfamiliar animals.
You need to ensure all vaccination documents are up to date when taking cats to a cattery.
Cattery’s require specific drop off and pick up times which often means you will need to leave your cat longer to accommodate your travel times.
Cats are very territorial and like to have their own large territory to reign.
You arrive home to a happy and relaxed pet whose waiting for you with a purr.

I am very happy to befriend any cats, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs or other small fluffy animals whilst you are away! I can also feed the fish and birds. Sorry, I am unable to look after canine friends at this time.

A home visit to feed, clean and socialize with your pet costs just £15. This also can include a few household chores (for more details see Chores FAQs). If you’d like just one 15 minute visit per day I can set automatic feeding stations for cats (morning and evening) and check on them once during the day. Alternatively for complete peace of mind and to keep your pets normal routine in place, I recommend two visits per day (morning and evening) whereby I will attend to your pet and happily open and close curtains and turn on off lights to your requirements.
One daily visit - £15
Two visits a day - £30
More visits or extra time with pets can be arranged/agreed on request. There may be a small additional charge if you have several different pets. Pop me a message and I’ll let you know a quote.
-
Not a problem! During our meet the pet in person chat I will ask all about your pet and their requirements and I am happy to keep up their medication requirements following your instructions.
-
I will happily send you photos, videos and messages on WhatsApp during/shortly after my visit so you can see your beloved pet and know that they are happy and healthy at home. Then you can get back to enjoying your trip!
-
If I ever suspect your pet is unwell I will immediately inform you and we will discuss what you would like me to do.
-
Upfront BACS payment is required before the period of pet or house sitting begins. I’ll happily store your house key safely if you agree at our ‘meet the pet’ chat, or I can collect at the property from a lock box on first visit. If you require me to attend the property again to collect the key from you before the period of care begins an additional visit fee will apply.
